Who we are
Recall is a service of Clickcase Technologies LLC (“Clickcase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions about this policy may be sent to info@clickcase.io.
Current public-site boundary
The current public Recall website and contact-page presentation do not submit, collect, or retain contact-form entries. No name, phone number, email address, marketing choice, or consent record is sent through the visual form.
The site has no live inquiry, messaging, analytics, or provider-backed submission behavior. Limited technical processing required to serve and protect a website may still occur at the hosting layer.
Current use of information
Because the current public contact page does not submit information, Clickcase does not use it to respond to inquiries, send marketing messages, or maintain inquiry/consent records. The public site presents information about Recall and Clickcase only.
Messaging and consent
The current public site does not enroll visitors in SMS or email messaging or collect marketing consent. The optional choices shown in the static contact presentation are illustrative, remain unchecked, and do not send a message or activate consent.
A separately approved live public-site inquiry or messaging implementation would require an updated public notice and its own operational controls before activation.
Practice-authorized messaging
Participating healthcare practices may use Recall to send recurring SMS messages to their existing or prior patients. The practice—not the public Recall website—decides which patients are eligible, obtains and retains the patient's consent, and determines the message categories covered by that consent. An existing relationship or mobile number alone does not establish SMS consent.
Clickcase provides Recall as an authorized service provider to the practice and processes mobile numbers, communication preferences, and related records as needed to deliver and manage practice-authorized messages under applicable agreements. A BAA or other service agreement may address permitted processing; it does not replace the patient-facing SMS disclosure or consent record.
Clickcase does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. A participating practice may provide mobile numbers to Clickcase as its authorized service provider solely to deliver and manage practice-authorized messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
