Recall website
The public Recall website provides product information and a way to contact Clickcase Technologies LLC (“Clickcase”). It is not medical advice, a patient portal, or a place to submit patient information or protected health information. Product preview features may use synthetic sample data and may change before production release.
Future optional marketing text messages
If Clickcase later activates an approved live contact and SMS program, a practice representative or other visitor who separately selects the SMS option and submits that live form would agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Clickcase about Recall product updates, offers, and demo follow-up at the mobile number provided. Message frequency would vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent would not be a condition of purchase, account creation, or use of the website. The current public contact presentation does not submit information, enroll visitors, or send messages.
If that future program is activated, participants could reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email info@clickcase.io. After an opt-out request, a participant might receive one final confirmation message. Carriers would not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery would not be guaranteed.
Practice-authorized patient messaging
Participating healthcare practices may use Recall to send recurring text messages to their existing or prior patients. The practice—not Clickcase's public website—is responsible for identifying the patients to whom messages may be sent, presenting the patient-facing SMS disclosure, obtaining and retaining consent, and honoring opt-outs. An existing relationship or mobile number alone does not establish consent. If messages include both care or appointment follow-up and practice news, services, or offers, the applicable consent categories should be clear and the marketing portion should not be described as purely transactional.
Clickcase operates Recall as the practice's authorized service provider and sends messages according to the practice-authorized campaign and consent records. Any applicable BAA or other service agreement governs the parties' permitted processing; it does not itself create patient consent or replace the practice's patient-facing SMS disclosure.
Practices may use the Recall SMS Consent Addendum as a starting point for their own paper or digital workflow. It is a template, not legal advice, and does not create a consent record until a practice adapts it, presents it to patients, and retains the completed record.
Future optional marketing emails
If Clickcase later activates an approved live contact and email program, a practice representative or other visitor who separately selects the email option in that live form would agree to receive marketing emails from Clickcase about Recall product updates, offers, and demo follow-up. Future participants could unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Choosing or declining email would not change an SMS choice.
Future contact information
If Clickcase later activates an approved live contact form, a practice representative or other visitor who submits it would represent that the phone number and email address provided belong to them or that they are authorized to provide them. Any consent would be specific to Clickcase and not transferable. The current public contact presentation does not accept or retain those values.
Privacy
Our Recall Website Privacy Policy explains the current public boundary: the presentation-only contact page does not submit, use, or retain contact-form information, and the public site does not activate SMS or email messaging. Any future live public-site inquiry or messaging program requires updated public disclosures and separate controls before activation.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes do not override a prior opt-out. Questions about the website or communications program may be sent to info@clickcase.io.
